DESCRIPTION OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Unload, rig, stage, and handle panel modules, structural components, and hardware. Assist with module and rack assembly under supervisor direction. Bolt-up structural assemblies and racking systems per fit-up instructions. Support welders with material preparation, part fit-up, tack-off, and cleanup. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition. Perform basic conduit and cable-pulling preparation (no prior electrical experience required). Conduct routine site housekeeping (debris removal, pallet breakdown, waste segregation). Follow all site safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times. Perform other related assigned duties as required.

Qualifications & Certifications

Rigging:

Minimum Basic Rigging & Slinging ticket and demonstrated hands-on rigging experience. + Must be comfortable rigging and signaling loads as part of day-to-day work. + Advanced rigging tickets or experience working with ironworkers, pipefitter, or millwright are considered assets.

Mechanical, Industrial/Shop Material-Handling

- Minimum

10+

years experience. Comfortable lifting/carrying up to 25 kg repeatedly, climbing ladders, and working outdoors. Able to operate basic hand and power tools safely. Basic safety certifications (or willingness to complete upon hire)

Position Information

Located in the Edmonton Area $24.73 - $27.95 (hourly) - Overtime offered based on Client Demands. 5 on & 2 off Rotation Schedule Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle for daily commute Travel may be required * Full-time
