Labourer
who's ready to jump in, get hands-on, and be part of something that truly lasts.
What You'll Be Doing
Prepping and cleaning construction sites -- if it needs shovelling, raking, or lifting, you're on it!
Assisting skilled crew members and equipment operators to keep projects running smoothly.
Helping the pipe crew in trenches (yes, sometimes it gets muddy).
Signaling and guiding machinery so things move safely and efficiently.
Operating hand tools like a pro and keeping equipment clean and ready.
Loading and unloading materials and moving them where they're needed.
Spotting safety issues and helping make the site safer for everyone.
Tackling any other tasks your Site Foreman throws your way -- variety keeps the day interesting!
What You Bring
1+ year of general labour experience (bonus if it's in construction).
Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
Reliable, dependable, and ready to work as part of a tight-knit team.
Comfortable with physical work in all kinds of weather.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
What You'll Get
