Job Description

DOMTOR Energy Services is seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer to support day-to-day field and operational activities. This role involves assisting with job site preparation, material handling, light construction-related tasks, and general support to technicians and energy advisors. The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and basic preparation tasks. Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as required. Support technicians and team members during home efficiency and building performance upgrades. Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Travel with team members to job sites across Cape Breton and surrounding regions. Communicate professionally with clients and team members, ensuring a positive work environment.
Qualifications:

No formal experience required, training will be provided. Experience in construction, trades, warehouse, landscaping, or physical labour roles is an asset. Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment. Comfortable working in attics, basements, and other enclosed or elevated areas when needed. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are assets (not required but preferred).
Physical Requirements:

Ability to work on ladders, uneven surfaces, and confined spaces when necessary. Ability to lift 50+ lbs as part of daily duties. Comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Schedule:
