Becoming part of the Naturally Pacific team will allow you to engage in the hospitality industry within an expanding company that values every individual's input and celebrates achievements collectively.The RoleThe Grounds Department is made up of a high-performance team of hard-working individuals who enjoy working towards a common goal. As a key member of our team the General Labourer is responsible for assisting the Project Foreman on continuing restorations on the golf course property.Your contributions to the team include:

• Installation of subsurface drainage.
• Top surface regrading.
• Sod laying/lifting, and topdressing of turf.
• Manual labor using hand tools, such as, shovels, rakes, brooms, etc.
• Occasionally assist in the grounds department with turf maintenance activities.
• Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

A few things we are looking for in a new team member:

• Previous experience with medium duty operation of equipment (tractors, excavators, utility vehicles) preferred.
• Ability to setup and use Laser Levels.
• Understanding and knowledge on flow of water and slopes needed to allow sufficient drainage is considered an asset.
