Who We Need

We currently have multiple openings for

General Labours / Field Workers

to support our installation teams on job sites.

Role Description

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday with potential for weekend work during our busier seasons, for a

General Labourer

based out of our office in Cambridge, ON. The general labourer position would be ideal for recent High School graduates and will be required to perform tasks including but are not limited to:

Loading and unloading of construction material and/or machinery. Assisting the team on site with setup, clean up and installation of metal decking, siding, trim etc. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

Must

follow all company and site safety policies and procedures. Workers are required to wear all PPE while on site (Steel Toes, High Visibility Vest, Hardhat etc.) Perform other duties as required by the supervisor or management as needed.

Education and Experience

Construction, metal cladding and fabrication industry experience is an asset but not required, training will be provided. Experience with hand tools and machinery is an asset. Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and compliance practices is an asset. High School Diploma is an asset.

Must be reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as with a team. Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and initiative. Effective verbal and written communication skills Must be able to consistently lift and carry at least 50lbs Reliable commute to Cambridge, ON

What We Offer
