We are looking for a Window Installer to join our team. We are looking for a hardworking and dependable person. You will install or waterproof windows in both residential and commercial buildings.

Job Duties:

Assist installers by moving, carrying, and staging windows, doors, frames, and materials Load and unload products, tools, and equipment from trucks Prepare job sites by setting up materials, laying protective coverings, and organizing tools Perform basic site cleanup during and after the workday Dispose of construction debris and old windows/doors as directed Use basic hand tools safely (hammer, utility knife, tape measure, etc.) Hold materials in place for installers during fastening or measurement Help maintain a clean, organized shop and work vehicle Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Assist with inventory counts and loading materials for the next day Support the team with any general construction or labour tasks assigned

Knowledge & Skills:

Basic understanding of construction site safety and proper PPE use. Ability to lift, carry, and handle heavy windows, doors, and building materials safely. Competence using common hand tools such as tape measures, utility knives, hammers, and pry bars. Familiarity with basic power tools (drills, saws) and safe operation practices. Strong measuring skills and ability to follow detailed instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills when assisting installers and supervisors. Ability to stay organized and keep tools, materials, and work areas tidy. Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to detail when preparing materials or assisting with tasks on-site. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic in fast-paced construction environments.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
