As one of the only compressor manufacturers that offers a fully equipped Service division, we are delivering on our goal of making Mycom compressors the Only One used in the industry. Mayekawa (MYCOM) Canada Inc. is seeking a full-time Labourer to join our growing field service team and help the Calgary Service Branch continue to provide our end-user customers with unrivaled troubleshooting and overhaul support of reciprocating and rotary screw refrigeration compressors in the oil & gas industry. The successful applicant will join a well-established and experienced team that specialize in propane refrigeration applications and are the face of our company for our steadily growing customer base. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a small but highly motivated team that considers communication, accountability, and customer service to be the pillars of our operation and has the potential to play a key role in the growth of Mayekawa?s Service Division across Western Canada. Responsibilities: Duties will include, but are not limited to: ? Perform day-to-day field and shop maintenance services with a mechanic as needed by our customers ? In-depth training in the parts, packing and shipping parts and making parts lists ? Clean service vehicle and maintain a tidy shop ? Travel to customer sites as required to provide emergency on-call service and support ? Maintaining a safety-first, customer service-oriented attitude and approach to all work performed ? Candidate must be willing and able to travel anywhere in Northern BC and Alberta for extended periods on service callouts, sometimes on short notice. Qualifications: ? Ability to take direction and work within a team is a requirement ? Mechanical aptitude ? Customer service-based attitude with a desire to maximize customer efficiency while minimizing their costs ? Knowledge of standard tools and maintenance equipment ? Knowledge and respect for safety procedures and best practices ? Analytical problem-solving skills ? Computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel ? Class 5 Driver?s License with a clean driver?s abstract Educational Requirements: ?
