We, at Progressive Renovation Solutions are responsible for the maintenance of several condominium corporations in the Brockville, Prescott, Cornwall, Smith Falls, Kingston and Ottawa area. For more information, visit us at ProgressiveRenovationSolutions.com This is a FULL-TIME position in Brockville. The employee will be working at the various Condo's locations. Generally, this position includes a variety of work ranging from small tasks such as repairing a door or window, door lock, replacing casing or baseboard, plaster, painting, cleaning out eaves-trough, garage door repairs, outdoor painting, landscaping etc. The more experienced employees' work can range from roof repairs, installing insulation, foundation work, replacement of commercial doors and windows, balcony and railing repairs, operation of heavy equipment, plumbing, carpentry, counter-top installation, drywall, flooring, etc. Time sheets are expected to be filled out and sent to the office. Working at Heights, and all other relevant training certificates, are assets. If a candidate does not already have relevant certificates, the training will be provided. All necessary training is provided to all employees before commencement of a job to ensure a safe work environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour Schedule:
