• Sorting, picking, and processing scrap metals
• Clean and inspect recycling yard by sweeping and raking materials and debris
• Assist with performing routine maintenance
• Perform other general labourer duties as assigned

• A Minimum of 1 year of experience is required in a general labourer role
• Experience in the metal scrap industry will be considered as an asset
• Experience in using machines like Lift Truck / Forklift, Skid steer will be considered as an asset
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
• Successful candidates must be highly motivated and work with little supervision

• Permanent and full-time position
• 40 hours per week, able to work extended hours/weekends when deemed necessary

• Must work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation and follow in accordance with AIM\xe2\x80\x99s Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Responsible for reporting all accidents, illnesses, or \xe2\x80\x98near miss\xe2\x80\x99 incidents to management
