Skills & Education:

Possess a class 5 Drivers Licence and reliable transportation to construction sites Possess PPE- CSA approved safety boots, hard hat Basic construction knowledge; required Experience in operating equipment, framing, construction work Ability to work unsupervised flexible work shifts, long hours and in extreme temperatures Attention to detail and ability to take direction Capable of lifting and moving materials up to and including 50-75lbs Hard working, motivated, and reliable

Job duties:

Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with their tasks by providing the necessary support and following their instructions Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects within deadlines, effectively communicating and coordinating tasks. Operate equipment and tools as required Clean and prepare job sites i.e. proper disposal of waste, safe handling of hazardous material Practice excellent communication and teamwork to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors Transport supplies as required to and from job sites Maintain a safe and organized site Follow safety standards and report any incidents Other duties as required
