We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various construction and maintenance projects by performing physical tasks that contribute to the successful completion of operations. Duties

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment Carry out manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving supplies or tools Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed Operate basic hand tools and equipment following safety protocols Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project timelines are met Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields is a plus but not required Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$26.67 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
