Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.

Experience

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. A willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
