Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas and equipment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required for tasks. Support skilled tradespeople in various projects, including construction, landscaping, or manufacturing tasks. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion. Adhere to project timelines and contribute to meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment is a plus. Must be able to follow instructions and work well within a team setting. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
