Job Summary
The General Labourer / Assembler supports day-to-day manufacturing operations by performing manual assembly, material handling, and production support tasks. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly & Production Support
Perform manual assembly of components, subassemblies, or finished products according to work instructions and drawings Use hand tools and basic equipment to assemble, package, or prepare products for shipment Conduct basic visual inspections to ensure product quality and workmanship standards are met Label, package, and prepare products according to production requirements
Material Handling & Housekeeping
Load, unload, move, and organize materials, parts, and finished goods Maintain clean and organized workstations and production areas Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company procedures

Required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to lift and move items up to [e.g., 25-50 lbs] with or without assistance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
