Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our work sites, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe, organized environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to the success of our projects.
Duties
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed Support the setup and breakdown of job sites, including moving supplies and tools Perform general cleanup to maintain a safe and tidy work environment Help with basic construction or maintenance tasks under supervision Operate manual or power tools following safety protocols Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures during daily operations
Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Must be at least 18 years old
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
Work Location: On the road
