General Labourer
Job Description
We have positions for general construction labourers. Work is daytime work, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Future shifts may involve some nights and weekends as shifts change. Project involves moving retail store fixtures on salesfloor, light demolition, and assisting carpenters and site supervisors, etc.. Most of project is interior work. LRC Bailey Inc is a general contractor who specializes in retail fit-ups and retail store fixture installations for retailers across Canada. Minimum requirements: - Hard working, reliable, and punctual - Take direction well - Be able to read and interpret basic drawings in order to execute - Ability to work with minimum supervision - Must have transportation or ability to get to and from job site - Be able to operate basic power tools and general tooling - Must have cell phone and ability to send email and make calls - Must be able to work effectively with store personnel and keep clean/safe workspace - Must bring own steel toe boots, gloves, and hard hat. - Lifting of up to 60 lbs - Candidates that are hired and work effectively in our environment will be eligible for additional opportunities on future projects Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20.00-$28.00 per hour Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Retention bonus
