Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Line Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing manual tasks on the production line with consistent speed, accuracy, and attention to quality. You will operate machinery, follow safety protocols, and work closely with team members to meet production goals. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be mechanically inclined, and be physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks. Prior industrial production experience and computer literacy are preferred. This position requires flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, and a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.

Responsibilities

Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy; Performing manual tasks in the production process. Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently. Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality. Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care. Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals. Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management, including Morbern's COVID-19 safety protocols. Follow all written and verbal instructions. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude Physically capable of manual labour that includes lifting, bending, and reaching. Able to work rotational shifts (days, evenings, overnights, and weekends). Shifts are 8 hours and 12 hours in length depending on the department. Must have a good work ethic, be punctual and have a reliable attendance record.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years' experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred but not required. Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is essential. Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks.
