Duties

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed Support the setup and cleanup of job sites or work areas Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying supplies or debris Operate basic tools and machinery safely under supervision Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented approach Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
