Job Overview

This is a

field position

that requires

extensive travel to job sites in the United States

. Candidates must have a

valid Canadian passport

and be able to cross the border legally. As a General Labourer, you will support our installation and construction teams by performing a variety of physical and technical tasks. You'll work closely with experienced tradespeople and play an essential role in ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled trades with hydraulic and piping installation tasks. Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Load and unload materials and equipment. Set up and organize work areas and tools as needed. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications & Skills

Valid Canadian passport

and ability to travel to the U.S. without restrictions. Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with tools and equipment. Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and stand for extended periods. Valid driver's license. Reliable and punctual, with a strong team-oriented mindset. Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or maintenance is an asset but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

Working Conditions

This is a field position that requires travel to job sites across the U.S. Work in industrial settings, outdoors, and at heights, often in varying weather conditions. Physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be available for a

6-week on / 1-week off work rotation

Paid travel and $40 USD per diem per night away from home
