Job Summary

How you will make an impact:

You will be representing the company's image at all times by your actions and demeanor and self-image. Responsible for maintaining proper product distribution to client facilities as per Clients and Compass's contractual obligations.

As a Route Driver you will:

Distribution commissary items to scheduled client facilities. Deliver Commissary items to scheduled client's facilities. Prior to beginning each day's route, ensure truck/van is properly loaded and vehicle inspections are completed. Must have a Valid G License, experience driving 16'Cube Truck Drivers Abstract required - Personal and Commercial Lifting approx. 50lbs, standing and walking for up to 8hrs 95% of your time is inside client facilities. Works well in teams and independently with minimal supervision. Police Clearance Check required.

A valid G-License and good driving record is required Strong communication and written skills Ability to deal with challenging situations Physically able to carry out duties of position
