Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support construction, maintenance, and production activities. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in diverse environments. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas as needed. Maintain Cleanliness and organization of the work area. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic maintenance.

Skills

Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is preffered. Strong work ethics and positive attitude. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is an advantage. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions from supervisors. Reliable , punctual and able to work in a team with following all the safety protocols. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
