We are seeking a motivated and dependable labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our project sites, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Duties

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary tools and supplies Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary materials and assistance Perform general labor tasks such as digging, drilling, lifting, carrying, and moving items as directed Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members Operate basic equipment and tools such as impact drill, saw machine, hammer drill, etc. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment throughout the shift

Skills

Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks throughout the workday Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or industrial settings Reliable attendance and punctuality Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.75-$26.48 per hour
