What You'll Do:

Support Operations:

Assist with day-to-day facility operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.

Hands-On Work:

Perform preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and physical labor--indoors and outdoors--in all weather conditions.

Safety First:

Promote and maintain a safe work environment, following all safety protocols, especially around railcars and heavy equipment.

Continuous Learning:

Receive thorough training and develop new skills in equipment operation, grading, and cleaning techniques.

Busy Seasons:

Be ready to step up during our busiest times in Spring and Fall, working extended hours to help the team succeed.

Physically Capable:

Comfortable with climbing, lifting, and working at heights or in dusty environments.

Mechanical Aptitude:

Experience with forklifts, skid loaders, or heavy equipment is a plus--but we'll provide training if you're willing to learn.

Communication:

Effective verbal communication skills are essential.

Dependability:

Show up on time, work hard, and stay focused--even during long shifts.

Ce que vous ferez :

Soutenir les operations : participer aux activites quotidiennes du site pour assurer le bon fonctionnement et la securite des installations. Travail manuel : effectuer la maintenance preventive, des reparations d'equipement et des taches physiques, a l'interieur comme a l'exterieur, quelles que soient les conditions meteorologiques. Priorite a la securite : promouvoir et maintenir un environnement de travail securitaire en respectant tous les protocoles, notamment autour des wagons et des equipements lourds. Apprentissage continu : recevoir une formation approfondie et developper de nouvelles competences en exploitation d'equipement, en techniques de triage et de nettoyage. Periodes de pointe : etre pret(e) a s'investir pleinement pendant nos saisons les plus occupees, au printemps et a l'automne, en travaillant des heures prolongees pour assurer la reussite de l'equipe.

Profil recherche :

Autonomie : vous prenez l'initiative et trouvez des taches a accomplir sans attendre d'instructions. Esprit d'equipe : vous travaillez aussi bien en autonomie qu'au sein d'un groupe soude. Capacite physique : a l'aise pour grimper, soulever et travailler en hauteur ou dans des environnements poussiereux. Sens de la securite : vous accordez la priorite a la securite pour vous-meme et les autres ; une experience ou une formation en securite est un atout important. Aptitude mecanique : une experience avec les chariots elevateurs, chargeuses ou equipements lourds est un plus - nous offrons la formation necessaire si vous souhaitez apprendre. Communication : de bonnes aptitudes a la communication verbale sont essentielles. Fiabilite : vous etes ponctuel(le), travailleur(se) et restez concentre(e) meme lors de longues journees.
