ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop hands?on skills by operating heavy equipment, handling materials, and assisting with a variety of tasks, including basic carpentry and sandblasting.

You will work closely with experienced team members, build practical technical abilities, and contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and fast?paced work environment. This position offers a strong foundation for growth for someone eager to learn and take on diverse responsibilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate loader and forklift safely and efficiently.

Perform rough carpentry tasks as needed.

Conduct sandblasting operations following safety protocols.

Handle and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a shop or industrial environment preferred

Ability to interpret basic drawings and measurements

Valid forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain)

Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Ability to lift up to

50 lbs

on a regular basis

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
