Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Laborer/Helper to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in supporting daily operations within a busy factory environment, assisting with various tasks that ensure smooth production processes. The ideal candidate will have some factory or warehouse experience and possess mechanical aptitude, with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable manufacturing experience and develop skills in assembly, equipment operation, and general labor support.

Responsibilities

Assist with the assembly line operations by supporting production staff in assembling components using hand tools and power tools Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and products throughout the facility Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment as needed Help with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling and storage within the warehouse or manufacturing floor Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Support team members with various mechanical tasks or repairs requiring basic mechanical knowledge Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and finished goods

Qualifications

Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred Familiarity with assembly line processes and use of hand tools and power tools Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus; certification preferred but not required Mechanical knowledge helpful for troubleshooting equipment issues Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork ethic with good communication skills Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor tasks safely
