Overview

We are a siding company and are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will perform various tasks supporting our siding installers as their helper, contributing to the overall efficiency of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Duties

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment - must be able to lift 50 lbs Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed and take lead installer instructions Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision

Skills

Basic knowledge of construction or manual labor practices is a plus Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with others Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members - must speak English Attention to detail and commitment to quality work Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.24-$29.55 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
