Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team Tuesday to Friday and occasional Saturday's. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Duties
Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Assist in the setup and cleanup of work areas. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Requirements
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong work ethic and reliability; punctuality is essential. Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance tools is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
