Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking labourer to join our team in a fast-paced metal recycling facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations. This role requires a commitment to safety and teamwork, as well as the ability to adapt to different tasks as needed.

Duties

Assist in assembly line operations, ensuring products are assembled according to specifications. Utilise hand tools and power tools for various manufacturing tasks. Maintain a clean and organised work area within the warehouse or factory setting. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous factory or warehouse or general labour experience is preferred but not mandatory. Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues but training will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Work Location: In person
