Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various construction, maintenance, and manual labor tasks to ensure smooth operations across multiple projects. Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, supplies, and materials as needed Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding, barricades, or safety signage Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries Assist with minor repairs or maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift

Requirements

Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or related manual labor roles is a plus but not required Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Reliable transportation to and from job sites is preferred Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
