Day Shift: Monday - Friday (7:00 to 3:30)

Weekends OFF!

Production laborer's are responsible for accurate assembly of residential and commercial floor building material packages. Production laborer's are also responsible for quality assembly of engineered building components in the manufacturing plant. Being able to follow detailed instructions and diagrams is also required. All employees must be able to safely use and operate various small hand tools such as measuring tapes, banders, pneumatic nailers, etc.

This is an entry level position requiring a High School diploma or GED and a valid driver's license being the minimum requirement.

Good verbal communication Attention to detail Well-organized Able to lift up to 50lbs Able to read a measuring tape in metric and imperial Experience with forklifts in different environments (inside/outside) and conditions (summer/winter) Familiar with safe working procedures Able to operate industrial machinery, forklifts, and chainsaws Able to work in any weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, etc.) Able to follow directions and policy Dependable and punctual Comfortable working alone or as part of a team Safety-focused
