We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning as needed. Support skilled tradespeople by preparing materials and assisting with various tasks on-site. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. A valid driver's license is required. Must be comfortable with heights.
