Responsibilities:

Assist departments when necessary Clean work areas and equipment Move heavy equipment / goods on the ground using a jigger Use the forklift to transport and place the goods in the factory Support and ensure rapid production assistance when necessary Collect and dispose of waste and recyclable materials and ensure the safe disposal of hazardous waste Clean and prepare products for shipping / crating Advise all the products necessary for the maintenance of the building Perform minor repairs in plumbing, building-related electrical equipment and grounds maintenance work.

Other stuff we look for:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills in French and English Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (not regularly) Have forklift training A strong work ethic with a positive attitude and pride in the quality of their work
