Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. They will be working to build hog barns doing various construction tasks including, but not limited to: concrete work, framing, machine operating, plumbing, assembly & installation of hog equipment.

Will be working out of town 4-5 days of the week.

Responsibilities

Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed. Support team members in various construction or production activities. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.

Skills

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. Basic knowledge of construction or labor-related tasks is preferred. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with coworkers. Attention to detail to ensure quality work is performed. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the job. A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
