Job Overview

At NXTLVL Consulting & Excavation We are seeking a General Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction or supervision. This role involves working with various tools and equipment, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our production.

Location & Hours:

The role is based out of Cranbrook BC, work is generally Monday to Friday with some variability depending on the project requirements.

Duties

Operate Vehicles and Equipment safely and efficiently Perform general labor tasks as required Assemble pipe using hand tools and power tools as required. Fabricate components based on specifications provided by supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to management. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on Jobsites.

Requirements

Safety knowledge and experience in the construction industry Familiarity with operating equipment such as loaders, skid steers and rollers is consider an asset Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well both independently and as part of a team. Excellent physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks. BC Class 5 drivers license
Pay Varies depending on experience and qualifications

Pay: $21.50-$25.00 per hour
