Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced Machine Shop/Welding/Fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in such a workplace setting and possess mechanical knowledge to assist with various tasks in the shop. This role involves working with hand tools and power tools, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely.

Duties

Operate and maintain machinery on the assembly line, ensuring smooth production flow. Welding Experience Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks and repairs as needed. Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks and storage areas. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards. Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is preferred. Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Ability to work efficiently on an assembly line while adhering to safety guidelines. Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods during shifts. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
