Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and possess a variety of skills related to landscape maintenance, horticulture, and construction. This role involves performing various tasks that support our projects, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks Assist with excavation and irrigation installation as needed Clean up and item relocation on said property Participate in gardening and landscape maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, and weeding Support construction projects by preparing sites, moving materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards

Experience

If applying for general labor, no prior experience is needed. We treat the first week as a trial period, so a determined and strong work ethic is appreciated. Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or construction is preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with operating excavators and other heavy machinery is a plus Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise Proven ability to work with hand tools and power tools effectively A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $17.85-$30.00 per hour
