Duties

Assist with the setup and operation of machinery using hand tools and power tools to support manufacturing processes Must have work experience in Manufacturing Industry. Support assembly line activities by handling materials, parts, and components efficiently and accurately Operate forklifts safely to move materials and supplies within the factory or warehouse area Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure safety standards are maintained Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including storage areas and tool stations Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed Load, unload, and transfer raw materials or finished products within the facility using appropriate equipment Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Skills

Experience operating forklifts with valid certification preferred but not required; training can be provided for qualified candidates Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for working with machinery and tools Familiarity with assembly line procedures and manufacturing workflows Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating comfort working in storage or distribution environments Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts
