Remote Wilderness Fishing Resort is seeking Housekeeping/Kitchen helper staff for the 2023 season. The responsibilities of this job include all aspects of day-to-day wilderness fishing resort lodge and guest cabin cleaning/changeover and assisting in the lodge kitchen with guest and staff meal service, preparation, and clean up. Duties will include but are not limited to, assisting with meal prep, serving meals, taking meal orders, cleaning dining room and kitchen, dish washing, mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting, stripping and making beds, laundry, cleaning bathrooms including showers and toilets, and general resort guest assistance. Applicants must be in good overall health and be able to lift 50lbs without assistance. Must be self-motivated with a good work ethic and have a positive attitude. Must be service oriented and be willing to assist guests at all times. Must be willing to work alone and well with others. Must be open to instruction and perform a task to completion without assistance. Must possess general cleanliness skills and general knowledge of meal preparation and food safety handling. Must be willing to relocate for the entire summer season. Prior wilderness resort experience is preferred but not required. Couples are encouraged to apply as we are seeking a Dock Hand/ Grounds Maintenance person as well. Room and board is included along with a salary based wage. At least 3 references are required.
