Job Description
Summary
As a Maintenance Labourer, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair tasks. You are responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks and support duties to assist in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of the facility. The role involves supporting maintenance teams in carrying out repairs, installations, and general upkeep of buildings, grounds, equipment, and machinery. Garbage removal, sweeps, cleaning, etc. Parking lot maintenance (including stairwells), garbage removal and sweeps. Maintenance of other properties; General labourer, furniture moving, post construction cleaning, etc. Landscape maintenance; watering flowers, cleaning planters. Power washing; loading docks, garbage rooms, garbage bins, etc. Ability to operate power tools, light utility vehicle, etc. Dress code: own pair of safety shoes, company shirt provided by employer

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
