Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm and Construction Site Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the maintenance and operation of our both our busy farm and some drywall jobsite clean up and set up at various facilities. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently on both our farm and at the construction site. This job is well suited for someone who loves to be outdoors, in a natural environment, loves to drive tractors and help with animal care and then be able to adapt to some light construction help/clean up if needed. Hours can be flexible in some regards.

Duties

Operate and maintain farm machinery and heavy equipment as needed. Assist in electric fence maintenance (weed control). Perform feed tasks when needed for animals on farm Utilize hand tools and power tools for various maintenance tasks. Carry out heavy lifting as required for moving materials and equipment. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and performing physical tasks. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials. Premium care of all our animals when interacting is expected. Experience with heavy equipment operation is preferred but not required. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools would be a plus. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in varying weather conditions. Previous experience in agricultural or labor-intensive roles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
