Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care and comprehensive treatment. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

Conduct thorough dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases and conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care techniques. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and best practices for patient care. Manage pediatric patients with a gentle approach to ensure comfort during treatments.

Skills

Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Epic and Dentrix is preferred. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry. Experience in pediatrics is highly desirable for managing younger patients effectively. Previous dental office experience is an asset for understanding practice operations. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Pay: $153,012.78-$436,882.70 per year
