We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health and overall well-being. This role requires a professional with strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication, and familiarity with modern dental technology. The Dentist will work in a collaborative environment dedicated to delivering exceptional dental services and fostering patient trust.

Compensation

40% of Production -- not collection, or a guaranteed minimum of $600 for 5-6 hour work days.

Duties

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using advanced tools and techniques. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including preventive care, restorations, extractions, and cosmetic procedures. Utilize digital imaging and CAD technology for precise diagnostics and restorations. Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Dentrix. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive measures. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Stay current with the latest developments in dentistry, including advancements in pediatric dentistry, medical terminology, and dental materials. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Experience

Proven experience working in a dental office environment is preferred. Experience providing pediatric dentistry services is a plus. Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems for designing restorations is advantageous. Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry. Prior experience in performing a wide range of dental procedures with precision and care is essential. Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per hour
