Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of dental issues. This position requires a compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and assessments for patients. Diagnose dental conditions and develop effective treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns. Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Maxident. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient care. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and best practices in patient care. Manage pediatric patients with patience and understanding.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Experience in a dental office setting is preferred; experience with pediatrics is a plus. Familiarity with medical terminology and dental software applications such as CAD, Dentrix, or Epic is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly environment. Mandarin or Cantonese preferred.
