Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, focusing on patient comfort and education while delivering high-quality services. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, including children.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient care. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques into practice. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the dental office environment.

Experience

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Previous experience in a dental practice is preferred; familiarity with pediatrics is a plus. Proficiency in medical terminology and CAD software is advantageous. Experience using Curve for patient management is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and staff members.
