We are looking for a committed and talented Dentist to become part of our brand-new dental clinic in Hamilton, ON. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic about delivering exceptional patient care and experienced in a wide range of dental procedures. This position requires strong communication abilities, a patient-focused mindset, and the capacity to work well within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough dental evaluations and exams for patients of all ages. Create and carry out personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals. Deliver preventive, restorative, and urgent dental services while maintaining top-quality clinical standards. Use dental software such as Akitu One for charting, documentation, and patient record management. Work closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff to keep daily operations running smoothly. Provide patient education on oral health, hygiene habits, and preventive measures. Keep up to date with new techniques and developments in the dental field through ongoing learning.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program. Active provincial dental license. Knowledge of medical terminology and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) is considered an asset. Prior experience working in a dental practice is strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to form positive connections with both patients and colleagues.
