Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice at BoWest Dental. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general dentistry, with experience , being highly desirable. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care, ensuring that all treatments are performed with the highest standards of quality and safety. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our dental team to deliver comprehensive dental services while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols.

Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and oral examinations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to general dentistry, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, performing dental hygiene (scaling /RP as required) and dental extractions. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Ensure the use of aseptic techniques during all procedures to minimize infection risk. Provide education to patients regarding oral health, preventive care, and treatment options. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices, including proficiency in software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix.

Experience

A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required. Dental License and permit from CDSA with good outstanding. Previous experience in a dental clinic or office setting is preferred. Familiarity with dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical imaging techniques is essential. Experience in General dentistry , along with skills in infection control and dental fabrication. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Pay: $5,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
