Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and a passion for improving patient health and well-being. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, educating patients on oral health, and performing various dental procedures in a supportive environment.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral diseases and conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure optimal patient care. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations within the dental office.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to dentistry. Experience with CAD technology is preferred but not required. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus for those interested in treating younger patients. Previous experience working in a dental office setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional patient care. Canadian Experience needed.

Pay: $109,217.04-$286,387.67 per year
