Key Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing and cleaning construction sites
Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
Support skilled tradespeople on various tasks
Help with framing houses, shops, and other buildings
Perform other general labor duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
A valid driver's license (required)
Previous construction or framing experience (preferred)
Reliable, punctual, and energetic team player
Own PPE, tool belt, and basic hand tools
