Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the daily operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Duties
Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible. Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with team members.
Experience
Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately. A willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Driving Licence (preferred)
