We are hiring for a General Clerk to work in various departments at our Main Street location in Vancouver, BC. Departments include Grocery, Meat, Dairy and Receiving.

You will be responsible for:

• 
  Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• 
  Operating a cash register.
• 
  Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• 
  Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• 
  Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• 
  Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• 
  Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• 
  Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

You have:

• 
  A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
• 
  A strong work ethic and \xe2\x80\x9clet\xe2\x80\x99s get it done\xe2\x80\x9d attitude.
• 
  Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.

  Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).

Compensation Details: $16.75 - $21.00
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
